6 Second Recipes for Thanksgiving

1 cup filtered Water attached
1 handful chopped Romaine
1 handful Watercress
1 handful Baby Spinach
1 handful Flat-leaf Parsley
1 mini Cucumber
1 Green Apple
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Great additions and substitutes: Mint, agave, lime, ginger, kale, spirulina, ground flax seeds, avocado, jalapeno, pineapple
Use a Vitamix or high-powered blender to blend all ingredients until smooth
1 Banana with peel attached
Chocolate chips (one kind or variety...whatever is on hand works well)
Anything else that melts that taste good and you love to eat
Cut 2 slits into the banana peel lengthwise. Pull back a strip of the banana peel to expose the fruit on the inside curve. Cut a slit into the banana. If you want, you can cut a long chunk from the center and then replace it after you fill the banana. Fill the center with your favorite melt-able treats. We used milk chocolate chips ad marshmallows. Replace the banana peel and wrap with tinfoil. Bake in warm coals for 5 minutes.
HERB "SKINNY" SALAD
3 cups mixed Baby Greens Lettuce
1 handful halved Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 cup toasted Pine Nuts
1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf Parsley
1/2 cup chopped Mint
1/2 cup chopped Dill
1/4 cup chopped Chives
1 thinly sliced Carrot
5 thinly sliced Radishes
1/2 cup thinly sliced Cucumber
1 cubed Avocado
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of coarse Sea Salt
Wash and dry mixed greens
Toss all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with the olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.
Flat-leaf parsley is a natural diuretic.
Radishes are an ultimate superfood. They fill you up quickly, freshen your breath and even aid in banishing headaches. Load up your “Skinny” salad with lots of these.
Pine nuts are a great source of protein and these tiny little nuts also banish hunger pangs.
1 ½ cups Coconut Water
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Turmeric Root Powder
Cut lemons in half and squeeze into Jar. Add all ingredients, shake.
2 tablespoons of Honey
1/2 lemon Squeezed
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Apply mixture to face and let set for 10 minutes. Rinse Well
