Off The Grid: Mike Huckabee's Long List of Denouncements

Similar to a fussy child claiming they hate broccoli (when they haven’t even tried it), Mike Huckabee has denounced everything from Beavis and Butthead to dancing.

In a recent list compiled by the Washington Post, we learn that Mike Huckabee is apparently a toddler living in a world of broccoli. Here are my Top 10 Favorites from the list of 83:

1.) Dancing, in general. "Christian teens stay away." (1973)

2.) Pop music, by Beyonce. "Mental poison." (2015)

3.) President Obama, for letting his daughters listen to Beyonce. (2015)

4.) Biscuits and gravy. "My mortal enemy." (2007, after Huckabee's major weight loss)

5.) Restaurants that don't serve biscuits and gravy. "How can an eating place that fancies itself fancy...not have biscuits and gravy?" (2015, in his book "God, Guns, Grits and Gravy.").

6.) The media, for criticizing Bristol Palin after she became pregnant while unmarried. "The most shameful thing I've ever seen in my life...Everyone understands that the basis of being a Christian is that everyone has fallen short of God's ideal." (2008)

7.) The actress Natalie Portman, for being pregnant and unmarried."It gives a distorted image...most single moms are very poor, uneducated, can't get a job." (2011).
