Gas prices seem to be going down, but it's not time to start celebrating yet.
Instead of fighting the wars in the Middle East for oil, we need to spend that revenue on changing to alternative energy and away from fossil fuel burning. We need to put our resources at getting off of oil dependency completely. We’ve got to do it and we’ve got to do it now.
People need to remember were parasites on planet Earth. We as humans put nothing into the Earth. We just take. We need to wake up to the fact that the more we take the less there is going to be. If we want to survive we can’t just take, take, take. We have to find some method to give back or alternative ways to do it.
I certainly hope that the public realizes that if gas prices go down, it doesn’t mean that you still shouldn’t conserve. It doesn’t mean that you still shouldn’t look for alternative sources.
