If ever there was a movie you wanted to discover on a rainy Saturday eve at home, this is it. I stumbled upon this little nugget on demand and happy I did. It stars the always compelling and attention grabbing (in a good way) Juliette Lewis and little known Johnny Weston as the wheelchair bound grumpy poetic high schooler.Won’t say more, except this is a good modest movie and worth your time for the acting, the feelings it evokes and the pleasure of seeing the fruits of labor from women writers and directors.First feature for both and it’s notable.
Teenagers and grandma will like it.
